Company & Manufacturing
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Stonebot Intelligent Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. designs and builds these products in our own 5,000 m² plant in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, with more than 100 people across engineering, production, quality and export sales.
R&D, tooling, assembly, battery aging tests, final QC and export documentation all run on the same site, so there is no trading layer between your purchase order and the production line.
Which product lines are in volume production today?
Five lines, every one of them available for wholesale, OEM and private label:
- Smart floor washers — T500 Pro, T300Pro, T9 Pro, T13 Max, F203B, F203C, GT803-Pro, ST-NW008
- Smart window cleaning robots — H7S Pro, S9, X9, HCR-10, G8 Slim, F19-02, ST-X1, ST-X3, ST-K1, ST-WA9, ST-V1, W45D, W50D
- Upholstery & fabric cleaners — STC265, STC301AS, STC501-DC, ST-LB-08A
- Pet grooming vacuums — STG22, STG21, STG20, STCY-005, STY100
- Robotic pool cleaners — ST-SP2X, ST-SP2, ST-SP1X, ST-SP1, ST-BP1
Current models and their published specifications are listed on each category page.
Can we visit or audit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Buyers are welcome to audit the Wuhan facility — arrange a visit through our contact page, and a video audit is available if travel is not practical.
Every order also keeps batch records, so a quality problem can be traced back to a production run instead of being argued about after arrival.
What quality control does an order pass through before shipment?
Five gates, all in-house: IQC on incoming materials, IPQC during assembly, battery aging tests for performance and safety, FQC on finished units, and OQC on outgoing packaging.
Every unit is inspected before it leaves the line, and the outgoing defect rate is controlled below 0.3%. Defect-rate thresholds can be written into your purchase agreement rather than agreed verbally.
Which certifications and test reports come with the products?
The factory is managed to ISO 9001, and products ship with CE, FCC and RoHS documentation, plus CB and AGC safety test reports where applicable.
Certification is published per model, not for the range as a whole: the F203B and F203C carry CE, FCC, RoHS and PSE, while the T13 Max adds GS, CCC, CB and PSE. Confirm the certificate set against the exact model and voltage variant you are ordering, and note that lithium battery transport documents are a separate file — see the shipping section below.
Product & Technical Questions
What commercial scenarios are your smart cleaning products suitable for?
Our cleaning equipment is used in commercial and business scenarios including office buildings, hotels, property management, shopping malls, cleaning service companies, pet grooming stores, veterinary clinics, car detailing shops, rental apartments and pool facilities. Specifically:
- Smart Floor Washers — hard floor cleaning in large indoor spaces
- Window Cleaning Robots — high-rise buildings, glass facades and commercial window maintenance
- Upholstery & Fabric Cleaners — hotel bedding, sofas, mattresses, car interiors and stair carpets
- Pet Grooming Vacuum Cleaners — pet shops, veterinary clinics and pet-friendly commercial spaces
- Robotic Pool Cleaners — flat-bottom above-ground and in-ground pools up to 120 m²
How do the floor washer models differ from one another?
Four fields separate them: suction, runtime, lay-flat angle and sterilisation method. The range runs from 15,000 Pa on the entry F203B to 24,000 Pa on the flagship T500 Pro, with 30–55 minutes of runtime depending on model and mode.
Lay-flat angles run from 170° to a true 180°, which is what decides whether the unit reaches under beds, sofas and low cabinets without moving furniture. Mid and flagship models add electrolysed-water sterilisation; the T500 Pro adds 100 °C boiling-water self-cleaning, and the T9 Pro runs on a removable 4400 mAh battery.
Dual separated clean and dirty tanks are standard on the wet-dry models, so recovered water does not re-enter the clean line — that separation is what keeps callback and return rates down for a distributor.
What safety features does the smart window cleaning robot have?
Commercial models use redundancy rather than a single mechanism:
- UPS hold that keeps the vacuum pump running for 20–30 minutes through a power cut
- Triple anti-drop: real-time suction monitoring, an emergency lock, and a load-bearing safety rope
- Edge detection for framed and frameless glass
- High-strength suction seal for smooth glass surfaces
The anti-fall specification is what a client’s insurer and safety reviewer ask about, so confirm the redundancy of the exact model you are buying rather than the range as a whole.
How much does suction matter on a window robot, and which glass can it clean?
The robot holds on with vacuum, so the number that decides whether it stays put is pascals, not watts — and wind load rises with height. Villas, shopfronts and single-storey glazing are served from around 3,000 Pa; towers and curtain walls need the top of the range, which now reaches 9,000 Pa.
Body geometry decides the rest. A square ultra-thin body suits tight framing, and the G8 kit adds a triangular squeegee head with a telescopic pole for A-frame and irregular panes. Check the minimum pane size before quoting as well, because a very small pane gives the seal less glass to hold onto.
What upkeep do the robots need between jobs?
Four things, and they take minutes:
- Wash the microfibre pads after every working day — a pad loaded with grit scratches coated glass
- Empty and rinse the water tank and let it dry, or the spray nozzles start to leave spotting
- Wipe the suction seal, drive tracks and drop-detection sensors with a damp cloth
- Charge the battery to storage level rather than to full
If suction weakens, the usual cause is a contaminated seal or a partly blocked nozzle, not a failing pump.
Do the robots support app control, or are they remote-only?
It depends on the model. Units such as the F19-02 and X9 are app-controlled, with scheduling and status features in addition to the remote; others are remote-only.
That difference sets the sales story your channel can run, so check the control method on the model page before you build a listing around it.
Which cleaning method should be used on which fabric?
The fabric decides the method, not the brochure:
- Cold-water spray extraction — the safe default on wool and anything that can bleed
- Hot water around 70 °C — lifts body oils out of sofa cushions and mattress tops
- Steam up to 120–160 °C — a sanitising and detail tool, never a replacement for extraction
Polyester, microfibre and tight-weave cotton handle steam and hot water comfortably. Wool needs lower temperature and less moisture; velvet and velour can lose their pile permanently; viscose and rayon lose strength when wet; aniline leather should never be steamed.
Recovery matters as much as the kPa figure. The range runs 16–22 kPa, from a 400 W portable unit to a 2,000 W commercial model with a 400-hour motor life and a 3.0 L tank.
How do I choose a pet grooming vacuum for the coats we actually groom?
Start from the coat, not from the machine. Five models cover 6–12 kPa of adjustable suction, ≤50–66 dB of operating noise and 1.4–3.0 L dust cups:
- Smooth and short coats — the quiet end of the range; noise and attachment fit are the differentiators
- Dense double coats — buy on suction, and expect the cup to be emptied more than once in a full blow-out
- Curly and doodle coats — clipper head first, with suction running to catch the trim
- Cats and small breeds — the quietest unit, from ≤50 dB, with the smallest attachments
- Salons and mobile groomers — the largest cup, plus a second head and filter kept on the shelf
Most of the range is rated 110–240 V, and each kit’s attachment list is published on its product page.
What do your robotic pool cleaners clean — and what do they not clean?
Every model in the range cleans the pool floor. None of them cleans pool walls or the waterline.
Coverage runs to 120 m², runtime from 100 to 180 minutes depending on model, and every unit is IPX8 rated for continuous immersion, with an IP68-rated motor on the ST-SP2X. The specification that decides repeat complaints is filtration rather than suction: coarse-basket units suit above-ground flat-bottom pools with leaves and sand, while fine filtration down to 0.1 mm is the one for in-ground pools where silt and algae keep coming back. Brush-led models add rinse and suction in a single pass for bonded algae film.
If your market requires wall cleaning, raise it in the enquiry and we will confirm what is possible for that configuration rather than let you find out after the order.
Are consumables (brushes, filters, cloths) compatible across different models?
Consumables within the same product series are interchangeable. We supply original spare parts and consumables separately for long-term partners, and bulk consumable orders carry wholesale discounts; they can also be packed together with a machine order.
Plan the parts order with the machine order, not after the first claim. The wear items are the roller brush, filter, clean and dirty tanks and battery pack on floor washers; pads, seal and nozzle set on window robots; and heads, filters and brushes on pet grooming kits.
Ask for the spare-parts list for the exact models you order, because tank layout, brush design and battery configuration differ between tiers.
What runtime should we expect from each product line?
Runtime depends on the line and on the mode used:
- Smart floor washers — 30–55 minutes per charge; the T9 Pro runs up to 55 minutes on a removable 4400 mAh pack, while the F203B and F203C run 30–35 minutes
- Window cleaning robots — 20–30 minutes of UPS hold after a power cut, which is the anti-fall reserve rather than the cleaning cycle
- Upholstery & fabric cleaners — mains powered, so the limit is tank volume rather than battery
- Pet grooming vacuums — mains powered
- Robotic pool cleaners — 100–180 minutes per charge, depending on model
Match the figure to the job: a short runtime suits flats and small retail units, a longer one suits houses or routes cleaned in a single visit.
Which voltage and plug configuration do you supply for my market?
Most of the range is dual-voltage or rated 100–240 V, or built as paired 110–130 V / 220–240 V versions, so one line item can serve North America, Europe and the GCC.
Cordless models run on lithium-ion platforms, and the charger, cord length and plug type for your destination are confirmed model by model when the order is placed — a unit that needs an adapter out of the box generates returns.
Give us the destination market with the enquiry and the configuration is written into the quotation. This is the most common avoidable delay at the port in this category.
Order & Pricing Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for B2B wholesale?
MOQ is not one number, because sample, stock, logo OEM and ODM sit at different thresholds:
- Sample orders — a single unit or a small set, supplied as standard production goods
- Stock bulk — published minimums start at 10 units on the pet grooming range, and the S9 window robot is held for ready-to-ship wholesale at 200 units
- Logo OEM — typically 300–1,000 units, counted from sample approval
- Private label / ODM — from 500 units per model, with functional changes quoted per project
Exact minimums are confirmed per model, per configuration and per destination market in writing before you commit.
Do you offer tiered pricing for bulk orders, and can mixed models count toward a tier?
Yes to both. Unit cost steps down as order quantity rises, and the tiers are calculated on total order volume rather than per SKU — which means a mixed container can reach a tier that no single model would reach on its own.
Container-level orders and annual framework agreements get a customised quotation and an additional discount. Send your model mix and expected annual volume and we will confirm the tier in writing, so your costing is based on a stated number rather than an assumption.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for quality testing and market verification, and the sample fee is deducted in full from the bulk order that follows. Sample units are standard production units, not specially prepared demo stock, so what you test is what ships.
Standard sample dispatch is 3–5 business days, and the sample lead time for a specific model is confirmed with your quotation.
Test on real conditions — your own glass, your own floor type, a real coat, a real pool. That is where a specification sheet stops being useful.
What payment terms do you accept for B2B orders?
We accept standard international B2B payment methods:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) — for large orders
- PayPal / credit card — for sample orders only
Other payment structures can be agreed for long-term partners, and the payment schedule is stated alongside the production schedule in the quotation.
What information do you need from us to issue a quotation?
Six points get you a written quotation instead of a price list:
- Destination market, with the voltage and plug type you require
- Product line and the models you are considering, or the retail price band you want to hold
- The conditions you actually clean — floor types, glass heights, coat mix, pool floors
- Expected annual volume
- Customisation level: stock, branding, packaging or functional ODM
- The Incoterm your finance team works with, and whether you need retail-ready cartons
Send the market and volume alone if you are still shortlisting, and we will recommend a line-up and confirm the MOQ for it.
Shipping & Customs Questions
What is the lead time for standard bulk orders?
For in-stock models: 5–7 business days after deposit confirmation.
For OEM orders: 20–35 business days, depending on customization requirements and order quantity, counted from artwork approval and deposit rather than from the enquiry date. ODM projects add a sampling round and a certification review before production, so they carry their own schedule.
We confirm the exact delivery date in the formal proforma invoice, and batch records are kept for every production run.
How long does transport take by air and by sea?
Plan the transit leg separately from production:
- Air freight — 7–18 business days, for small and medium batches and urgent replenishment
- Sea freight — 30–50 business days, depending on the destination port, for container orders
- Express (DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT) — for samples and urgent small orders
- Dedicated lines — door-to-door service to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East
Pre-shipment processing is normally 2–5 business days, depending on quantity and customization. Adding production and transit together is the only way to get a launch date that holds.
What international shipping methods do you support?
We provide multiple global B2B logistics solutions:
- Sea freight — most cost-effective for full container bulk orders
- Air freight — for urgent small and medium batch orders
- Express — DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT for samples and urgent small orders
- Dedicated logistics lines — door-to-door service to major regions
We support EXW, FOB and DDP delivery terms, and freight is calculated on total weight, product volume, shipping method and destination.
Do you ship door-to-door or port-to-port?
Both are supported for most regions. Confirm the delivery mode and the Incoterm with the sales team when the quotation is issued, because the choice changes which cost components sit in your landed cost rather than on the freight invoice.
For large bulk orders, container orders and long-term accounts we also build an exclusive logistics plan, including tailored shipping methods and preferential freight rates.
Can you provide full export documents for customs clearance?
Yes. Every B2B order ships with a complete export document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certification documents and any other customs material your destination requires — so import clearance does not stall on paperwork.
Test reports are issued against the exact model and configuration on your order rather than a sibling model, because re-testing a modified unit is a real cost that belongs in your landed cost and not in your margin.
Who pays import duties, taxes and clearance fees?
The buyer is responsible for all local import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and destination regulatory charges. We supply the export documents that support clearance and flag the market-specific requirements we know of at quotation stage.
Please confirm your country’s import policy, product access standards and tax rules before placing a bulk order. A classification or product-access issue at the border cannot be resolved from the factory side once the container has sailed.
Do lithium battery shipments need extra transport documents?
Yes, and they are separate from product certification. Every lithium-ion unit ships with battery transport documentation — transport test summaries and classification documents — which your freight forwarder needs before booking.
Requirements differ by cell configuration, and a missing file is one of the most common reasons a shipment is held. Raise it with the forwarder when you place the order, not when the container is already at the port.
Can I change the delivery address or shipping method after ordering?
Address and shipping method can be changed free of charge before the goods are dispatched. Once shipment has happened, changes are not supported.
We do not deliver B2B bulk orders to PO boxes, virtual addresses or non-business addresses, so please give a valid commercial delivery address on the proforma invoice.
How do I track my shipment, and what happens if it is delayed?
When the order leaves our warehouse we send a shipping notification with the tracking number, the carrier link and the shipment detail, and the status can be checked online at any time. For container and long-term accounts, the sales team reports progress during transit.
Delays can occur through customs inspection, weather, port scheduling or regional policy changes. Send us the order number and tracking number and we will check the logistics status, assist with the clearance or transport problem, and report back with the latest position.
After-sales & Warranty
What is your warranty policy for B2B orders?
1. Warranty coverage: a 1-year warranty on the whole machine, starting from the shipment date. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal household use.
2. Exclusions: damage caused by misuse, improper operation, wrong voltage, disassembly or repair by third parties, water ingress, abnormal wear, consumable parts (filters, roller brushes, nozzles, etc.) and force majeure is not covered.
3. Distributor benefits: distributors are eligible for additional after-sales spare-parts support. Please contact us for details.
Do you provide technical training for distribution partners?
Yes. B2B partners receive product manuals, repair tutorial videos, online technical training and one-to-one support from a dedicated after-sales manager.
For large authorized distributors we can also arrange on-site training, which is usually the fastest way to get a service bench productive in a new market.
How do you handle defective products in bulk shipments?
1. Incoming inspection and defect control. All products undergo 100% OQC inspection before shipment, with the internal outgoing defect rate controlled below 0.3%.
2. Claim process and remedy. Once a quality defect is confirmed — supported by photos, videos or an inspection report — we prioritise repair. If repair is not feasible, replacement or credit is at our discretion.
3. Distributor support. Additional after-sales spare-parts support is available for distributors; contact us for the full terms.
How quickly will you respond to an after-sales or technical question?
Our team replies within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00–20:00 CST. Email [email protected], message WhatsApp on +86 189 8602 5250, or use the form on the contact page.
For a defect claim, include the order number, the model, a photo or video of the fault and the quantity affected — that is what lets us confirm the remedy in the first reply rather than the third.
OEM & Distribution Cooperation
Do you support OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, and customisation runs in three levels, each with its own schedule and cost:
- Level 1 — branding: logo and label application on the machine and its packaging, plus a custom body colour. No tooling, no re-testing
- Level 2 — packaging: custom cartons, inserts and a user manual in your market’s language, so the unit arrives retail-ready
- Level 3 — function (ODM): housing colour, cord and plug type, tank configuration, control-panel layout, and on some lines suction, spray or battery configuration
Level 3 changes the machine rather than its labelling, so it carries engineering, tooling and re-certification cost and needs its own sampling round. Our R&D team covers structural design, hardware and firmware, app localization and cleaning-path tuning.
How does an OEM/ODM project run from enquiry to shipment?
A closed loop in four phases and twelve checkpoints:
- Inquiry and planning — requirements, technical evaluation, quotation and proforma invoice, order confirmation on branding, specs and packaging
- Production — material procurement with IQC inspection, component production, assembly under IPQC monitoring
- Testing and QC — battery aging tests, factory FQC inspection, finished-product QA review
- Packaging and shipping — custom packaging with OQC check, global shipping and documentation, after-sales and spare-parts support
Nothing is outsourced, so a problem is caught on our own line rather than in your warehouse, and the specification you approve before production is the one that ships.
How can I become your authorized distributor?
Send our sales team your company profile, local market resources and expected annual purchase volume. After qualification review we sign an official distribution agreement, grant regional authorization, and provide exclusive distributor benefits including price protection, market support and priority supply.
Every private-label and OEM project is handled by a named account manager rather than a shared inbox, so the commercial terms and the production schedule sit with one person who can answer for both.
What support do you offer to your distribution partners?
Full-dimensional support for authorized distributors:
- Competitive wholesale price and margin protection
- Marketing materials: product images, videos, catalogs and display solutions
- Professional product and after-sales training
- New product priority supply and a regional market protection policy
Because five product lines run through one factory, a distributor can build a floor-care, window, fabric, pet and pool offer on a single supplier relationship and one set of export documents.
